1. Who we are and what you accept

These terms are a contract between BunnyDrop, a brand of Hyper Reality Company, based in Guatemala ("BunnyDrop", "we"), and the person or company that creates a business account ("you"). You accept them electronically when you create the account or use the service (Decree 47-2008). You must be over 18. If you act for a company, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. The service

BunnyDrop lets you create promotions, events, giveaways, drops and campaigns, and moderate your live-stream chat. You can do it by talking to Brío, an AI assistant, or from the app's screens, and you can connect third-party apps. BunnyDrop is a tool: you organize each promotion, giveaway or event, and you decide whether to publish or send it.

3. Your responsibility for your campaigns

You alone are responsible for:

You will hold BunnyDrop harmless from claims that arise from your campaigns, content or use of data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BunnyDrop for:

We may pause a campaign or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or urgency prevents it.

5. Artificial intelligence (Brío)

Brío uses third-party language models (OpenAI) and can make mistakes: review what it proposes. Nothing your customers see is published or sent without your approval card.

When you build a giveaway or something else with legal implications, Brío reminds you to check permits, taxes or rules. That is a reminder, not legal advice. Neither BunnyDrop nor OpenAI trains models on what you write to Brío.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Prices are on https://bunnydrop.io and are charged in advance through Stripe. A free trial, if any, ends on the date shown and then the chosen plan is charged. You can cancel any time from the billing section of Settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not refund started periods except for billing errors or as the law requires. We will give 30 days' notice of any price change. Taxes are added where they apply.

7. Intellectual property

BunnyDrop's brand, code and design are ours. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them while your account is active. Your content and your customers' data remain yours. You allow us to host and process them only to provide the service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep BunnyDrop available, but there may be interruptions or failures at our providers. We will give notice before removing anything important from your plan.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as Guatemalan law allows:

None of this limits rights that consumer protection law makes non-waivable.

10. Term, changes, law

These terms apply while you have an account. You can close it at any time and ask for a copy of your customers' data first.

We will give at least 15 days' notice of significant changes to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Disputes go to the courts of Guatemala City, without prejudice to a consumer's right to go to DIACO.
