Data deletion at BunnyDrop

1. If you have a BunnyDrop business account

  1. From your account's email address, email info@bunnydrop.io with the subject "Delete my BunnyDrop data".
  2. If other people are active in your team, remove them first or hand the space over to someone else.
  3. We anonymize your account: we remove your email, phone, password and your links to Google, Facebook or Instagram.
  4. If you ask, we first send you a copy of your customers' data. Then we delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

2. If you are a customer of a business that uses BunnyDrop

The business asked for your data and is responsible for it. Ask the business to delete it; it can do so from its customer list in BunnyDrop. If it does not answer within 30 days, email us with the business's name and the email or phone you signed up with, and we will forward your request. To stop receiving messages, use the opt-out link in the message or reply "STOP".

3. If you signed in with Facebook or Instagram

  1. Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Choose BunnyDrop → Remove and ask for your data to be deleted.
  3. Meta notifies us, and BunnyDrop immediately deletes what it received from Meta about you:
    • the Facebook, Instagram or Threads connections in a business space, with their stored permissions;
    • your Facebook or Instagram identity as a participant in promotions;
    • the link to your Meta sign-in.
  4. Meta shows you a confirmation code. You can check its status on the request status page.

The Meta request deletes what came from Meta, not your BunnyDrop account: follow step 1 for that.

4. If you connected Google

Remove access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. BunnyDrop deletes the stored permission when you disconnect the app in My apps or when you ask us to delete your account.

5. Timing and verification

We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm that the data is yours. Backups are replaced in the normal maintenance cycle.

For Meta reviewers: the Data Deletion Callback URL is https://freepol3-produccion.onrender.com/api/core/legal/data-deletion/meta. It receives signed_request, verifies the HMAC-SHA256 signature with the app secret, and returns { "url": "https://bunnydrop.io/legal/borrado-de-datos/estado?codigo=…", "confirmation_code": "…" }.
